HOW DOES THIS WORK?
In the e-mail you will be given a user name and password. This is so you can log into the affiliate programme site. In the site, you will be able to access any links you may need (these are unique tags to you and will be explained just now), as well as see how many people you have impacted by your sharing that link.
In the e-mail you will be given what is called YOUR DEFAULT AFFILIATE LINK. and it will look something like this: http://www.profcs.com/app/?af=1431276. Please not this is just an example. Please go to your inbox to find YOUR unique link.
This is the link you share with your database or contacts (usually inserted as a HYPER LINK in an e-mail or on a webpage).
When a reader clicks on it, a cookie is placed on their computer that says that this link came from you. They are then taken to a webpage on my site. If they purchase anything from the site, or upgrade to another product, that cookie on their computer says that the sale came from your link. The affiliate programme then allocates you your portion of the commission.
But how can you be sure you will be given all your commission?
Here is the beauty of this. You can log into the affiliate site with your username and password given in the e-mail, and there you can see everything. How many people clicked on your links, how many bought something and how much is now due to you for your commission. You are on control of this.
When will you get paid?
At the end of every month the programme sends me a report of what is owed. So the commission paid to you will come about 28 days after the customer has bought the product, thereby making sure you won't have to pay back a commission because your customer requested their money back.
