The Skill integration Programme. As we don't know when you will start watching the videos, we have left the choice on when to start the skill integration up to you. The instructions on how to start load the programme are in your workbook.

- If you're using a Windows PC, RIGHT CLICK on the links above, and from the pop up menu select "Save Target As" in Internet Explorer or "Save Link As" in Netscape.
- If you're using a Mac and Mozilla Firefox, move your cursor over the audio links above, click the CTRL key, then click on the link. From the pop up box, select "Save Link As". In Safari choose "Download Linked File".
