One of the most powerful ways of getting cooperation form your child, your spouse, your work colleague or your boss is knowing how to communicate them powerfully.

Knowing the strategies that will invite cooperation will increase the chances of you getting what you need.

In this video clip, Rene shares how she figured out the DISC profile of her boss, and how she adapted her own style of communication to meet his. And as a result, she got HUGE cooperation, and a pay rise.
